Cancelling and Changing Existing Orders
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or the delivery address changed. If the item is returned, the original shipping fee (if applicable) will not be refunded.
Wrong or Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact support@oulixie.com immediately and provide photos of the item. We will process a return or refund for you.
